Gasoline prices have hit record highs this Memorial Day weekend. USA national average is now at $4.61/gallon. Diesel is averaging $5.53/gallon and premium gas is hovering over $5.28/gallon. Last year national average gas prices were approx. $3.04/gallon.

The rise of gas prices is indicated in the prediction of summer seasonal production and the increases of crude prices. Crude prices are up 60% in 2022. -SB
