The average Manhattan apartments have now topped $5,000/monthly. More costs and very little income to show for it. This is the first time where average apartment rentals are at $5,000 a month. This data coming from real estate juggernauts Douglas Elliman and Miller Samuel.

Rentals have been increasing since 2021. The gears have shifted at a faster rate in the rental space, as more rentals are priced higher. -SB
