You heard it from the horse’s mouth (well not from the horse’s mouth) but from Tesla’s commander in chief Elon Musk. Tesla (NASD: TSLA) will begin production of new affordable EV’s toward the end of 2024 and the start of 2025.
Mr. Musk explained more in detail on April 23, 2024 (Tuesday); on (NASD: TSLA) 1st quarter earnings call. The production of affordable EV’s was supposed to begin in the second quarter of 2025, but this has since changed. According to Musk and leadership, Tesla has invested in Artificial Intelligence (A.I.) infrastructure and technology; for its EV’s, as it ramps up more vehicle production.
Tesla (NASD: TSLA) has also rolled out models of self-driving vehicles, which they indicated on the conference call will be in production soon, making it pretty certain that there will be making self-driving vehicles sooner than later. -SB
